Whenever Christmas Comes Around - Remastered Single - Now Available!

Posted on by RoyHolliday.com

Another blast the from the past as we prepare for the 2015 "Holliday" season... yes, we said 2015. Stay tuned, kiddos... This song was originally released as the title track to a 7 inch red vinyl EP released in 2010. Other tracks on the EP were Island Holiday and What Happens Now. Both of those were later re-recorded and released as Sand Dollar Rodeo songs (just in case you're wondering why the titles sound familiar). The first concept of the Whenever Christmas Comes Around EP was to create an old vibe "record" feel. It was specifically mixed to put the vocals up front (really loud), compress "the band" mono in the background and leave plenty of room for scratchy vinyl noise, hiss and pops. All good and fine, but that doesn't translate too well to an MP3. So, this newly released version has been remastered to sound a little better in your headphones. It is now available at all major digital stores, including iTunes and Amazon. We hope you enjoy this different spin on the classic version of the song.
